Tip #1 – It’s all about balance

Female bodybuilders have less testosterone on a natural level, which makes it harder to build muscle without the use of steroids. So not only do we have periods and childbirth to deal with, but our sex also puts us at a disadvantage definition wise.

Tip #2 – A Vital Cardio Routine

Frequent bursts of high energy aerobic exercise are particularly good for a woman because it increases cardiovascular health, thereby helping to shift those fat layers faster. Tip #3 – Combine Those Exercises

Combining reasonably simple exercises all in the same session and in a repeated pattern works well to help keep the joints flexible by using the moving muscles and the lifting muscles in quick succession.
