International shipments, excluding Canada, are a flat fee of $12.99, no matter where you are located and how much you order. Some International countries may require you to pay a tax or fee upon arrival of your package to your country. These taxes or fees would be in addition to your $12.99 or free shipping to Canada and are not the responsibility of Crazymass. You will be billed directly for these fees by the local Customs offices.
All items are discretely packaged and shipped in a cardboard box with filler. US orders that are sent First-Class free shipping will arrive on average in 5-10 business days from the day the package is shipped. US orders that are shipped Rush Shipping (Priority Mail) for $12.99 will arrive on average in 2-3 business days after leaving our warehouse. International orders can take up to 12-17 days to arrive after the package is shipped. A USPS tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your order ships.
All orders ship within 24-48 hours. Please note that orders placed on Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays will not ship until the following business day.
We offer FedEx Standard Overnight NEXT-BUSINESS-DAY (FedEx Expedited Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout) delivery to anywhere in the US on ANY size order! (See FedEx for Hawaii and Alaska services.)
Choose FedEx Standard Overnight for delivery by 3pm to most US addresses, 4:30pm to most rural addresses, and 8pm to most residences. (See FedEx next-business-day for more information.)
Yes, please e-mail support@Crazymass.com to request the required return authorization number. We will accept returns on all unopened items for a period of 14 days after the ship date. A return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Once we receive the product we will issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. If the bottles are opened all sales are final and no refunds will be given.
Domestic & International Returns or Packages Refused:
If the package is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package, or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by the local Customs Authority, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to us including a 15% restocking fee. In the event the package is intercepted by the local Customs Authority because items ordered are not allowed in the customer’s country and/or the package is abandoned, unclaimed or refused, there will be no credit issued to the customer for the order.
